Digital Customer Service Center Specialist – Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

We are looking for Digital Customer Service Center Specialists to join the Mobility Aftermarket Division in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers using our digital channels, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests via email, chat, self‑service platforms and back‑office tools.
• Meet defined service standards and quality expectations while managing cases end‑to‑end.
• Escalate and follow‑up on complex issues in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Document recurring issues, process gaps and support corrective actions.
• Promote the use of AI‑supported care solutions, automation workflows and digital service tools.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects together with IT, operations‑excellence and AI expert teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date work instructions, knowledge base articles and other documentation.
