Enterprise Account Executive - Vietnam

About the role

Databricks is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to sell its enterprise cloud data platform to customers and system integrators in Vietnam. The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Sales and focuses on closing new accounts while maintaining existing ones, guiding deals forward and compressing decision cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Present a territory plan within the first 90 days.
• Meet with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, program managers and other key partners.
• Close new and existing accounts, including quick wins alongside longer, complex sales cycles.
• Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets.
• Track customer details, use cases, purchase timelines, next steps and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and prioritize opportunities with the right resources.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience exceeding quotas, covering relevant accounts and industries.
• Field sales experience in big data, cloud and SaaS.
• Prior customer relationships with CIOs, program managers and other decision makers.
• Ability to explain complex cloud technologies simply.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese, as the role serves clients in Vietnam with direct communication in their native language.

Required skills

• Understanding of Spark and big data is preferable.
• Salesforce for tracking customers and forecasting.
