About the role

The Growth Marketing Manager will design and launch interactive activities on the Green SM application to boost customer experience and increase user engagement. The role centers on building gamification mechanisms, optimizing CRM processes, and creating engaging user interaction scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement gamification features that drive user participation.
• Optimize and maintain the CRM system to support loyalty initiatives.
• Design user interaction scenarios and in‑app activities.
• Analyze behavioral data to refine engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with product, design and analytics teams to align marketing efforts.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and supervise a small team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong background in CRM, gamification and customer‑engagement strategies.
• Experience with data‑driven marketing and behavioral metric analysis.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage a small team.
• Creative mindset focused on retention and loyalty programs.
