HVAC Sales Engineer – Chiller Replacement

About the role

The HVAC Sales Engineer will focus on promoting and selling chiller replacement and air‑side equipment solutions to existing and prospective customers in Vietnam. You will act as the technical bridge between the sales team and the client, ensuring that product offerings meet the specific needs of each project.

Key responsibilities

• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to generate continuous business opportunities.
• Proactively present advanced chiller, air‑side and related equipment replacement packages, providing regular technical updates.
• Plan and execute targeted customer engagement activities to strengthen brand loyalty.
• Manage customer accounts, track interactions and keep information up‑to‑date in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal/HVAC Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in contracting sales or chiller‑related products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
