IT Engineer - Identity & Access Management (Global Support)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Engineer specialized in Identity & Access Management to join our Global Support team at a leading automotive supplier. The role focuses on managing user identities, access rights, and ensuring compliance with security policies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in accordance with role‑based access policies.
• Maintain and administer Active Directory and Azure portals for identity services.
• Implement and monitor access controls to protect sensitive data.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure proper access provisioning and compliance.
• Document procedures and support audits related to identity management.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and security best practices.
• Ability to work night shifts from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday‑Friday and two Saturdays per month.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field (recommended).
