Junior AI Engineer – Data Cleaning & Model Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer to support the transition of legacy IT operation data into modern AI‑driven workflows. Working within Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City, you will assist senior engineers in cleaning, labeling and preparing “dark data” and help integrate AI models into our global product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and preprocess unstructured data from legacy logs, tickets and databases to build high‑quality training sets.
• Support deployment and fine‑tuning of machine‑learning models such as NLP classifiers for ticket routing and time‑series models for predictive maintenance.
• Conduct testing and validation of model outputs to ensure accuracy, fairness and compliance across regions and languages.
• Develop and maintain APIs that connect model results to the front‑end IT workflow application.
• Document data lineage, model versions and compliance artefacts (e.g., GDPR).
• Monitor emerging generative‑AI trends and propose improvements for legacy data challenges.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of software engineering experience with hands‑on AI or machine‑learning projects.
• Experience working with unstructured data and building data pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a collaborative, global team.
