Key Account Specialist – ETC (Lao Cai & Lai Chau)

About the role

The Key Account Specialist – ETC will be responsible for expanding product awareness and providing technical support to stakeholders across the Lao Cai and Lai Chau territories. You will work closely with hospitals and Therapeutic Area Experts to drive business results and ensure scientific support for our key products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business‑support management at hospitals.
• Promote our products to Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs).
• Reinforce scientific support of key products among TAEs.
• Participate in and organize scientific events and projects.
• Analyze business results and build an action plan for the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Pharmacist or Doctor background.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position or three years as a Medical Representative in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
• Successful sales experience measured by both qualitative and quantitative parameters.
• Ability to identify business drivers and assess return on investment.
• Initiative to understand decision processes within hospital channels.
• Strong leadership, fluent communication and good interpersonal skills.
