About the role

The Senior Sales Export Manager will lead the export business strategy and drive profitable growth for Interflour Vietnam, aligning with group objectives.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the export sales strategy, annual business plan and market priorities.
Own delivery of export volume, net sales, gross margin, operating profit and approved selling expense targets.
Maintain export as a sustainable business base supporting mill capacity utilization.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Food Technology or related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant B2B sales and business development experience, including at least 3 years in an export sales leadership role.
Proven track record in developing overseas markets, managing distributors or key accounts, and negotiating commercial terms.
