About the role
The Senior Sales Export Manager will lead the export business strategy and drive profitable growth for Interflour Vietnam, aligning with group objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the export sales strategy, annual business plan and market priorities.
- Own delivery of export volume, net sales, gross margin, operating profit and approved selling expense targets.
- Maintain export as a sustainable business base supporting mill capacity utilization.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Food Technology or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant B2B sales and business development experience, including at least 3 years in an export sales leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing overseas markets, managing distributors or key accounts, and negotiating commercial terms.
