About the role
We are seeking a Senior Beauty Buyer & Brand Development professional to identify and develop high‑potential beauty brands from Korea and China for the Vietnam market. You will own the end‑to‑end process from brand evaluation through launch planning and sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and select beauty brands and products for the Vietnamese market.
- Lead commercial negotiations, purchasing, and contract finalisation.
- Plan and execute product launches, monitoring sales performance.
- Maintain relationships with Korean and Chinese brand partners.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Beauty Buyer, Category Buyer, Merchandiser, Business Development or Category Management professional.
- Strong background in beauty and/or e‑commerce with deep knowledge of Vietnam beauty market trends.
- Existing networks with Korean and/or Chinese beauty brands is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in commercial negotiation and launch execution.
