Lead Logistics Document Expert

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a Global 500 multinational that enables worldwide trade. As a Lead Logistics Document Expert you will work closely with international colleagues, gaining exposure to global logistics processes while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate shipment documentation such as Bill of Lading, SI VGM, ISF, AMS, LCL and FCL records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve documentation issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and generate regular performance reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and supply‑chain function.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a global forwarder or logistics service company.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
