About the role
The Supply Chain Analyst (Control Tower Executive) supports and executes daily logistics operations for DSV in Ho Chi Minh City. The role ensures accurate shipment handling, proactive issue resolution, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders while contributing to performance tracking, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily shipment bookings and ensure accurate handling.
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to maintain smooth operations.
- Track performance metrics, support compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or control‑tower operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
