Logistics Specialist – Solution Design (Freight Forwarder)

About the role

The Logistics Specialist – Solution Design will design, lead and implement best‑in‑class distribution solutions for freight forwarding operations in Ho Chi Minh City. The role covers transport planning, cross‑dock management and cold‑chain logistics while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute distribution network designs, including last‑mile, store delivery and milk‑run operations.
• Lead cross‑dock and cold‑chain projects to optimise flow and cost efficiency.
• Build cost models and rate cards from scratch using advanced Excel techniques.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform solution strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless implementation.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end logistics business processes.
• Proven ability to work independently as a self‑starter.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
