Distribution Operations Executive

About the role

Michelin Vietnam is looking for a Distribution Operations Executive to support its distribution network through efficient processes, accurate execution and strong coordination with internal teams and business partners. The role uses data and digital tools to improve operational visibility and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative processes, dealer support, contracts, documentation, payments and operational activities in line with company policies.
• Control the Distribution budget, prepare purchase requisitions and process goods receipts and payments in the BSC system.
• Coordinate contract and legal document revisions and renewals, and update the annual commercial terms and conditions template.
• Set up and monitor dealer classifications in company systems and manage the nationwide signage agency network.
• Lead retail business development: coordinate with Retail Consultants and Sales teams, manage new MCS openings (signage requests, contracts, timelines, starter kits), and run POS grand openings.
• Support wholesale business development, including redistribution programmes, sales result consolidation for bonuses and loyalty programme follow-up.
• Handle non-tire product documentation, reporting and follow-up on receivables from partners.
• Analyse and report key performance metrics using databases, spreadsheets, dashboards and surveys, and carry out other business support tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English, well organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing and able to travel, work in the field and occasionally work outside standard hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Power Apps or similar tools for workflow automation and data visualisation.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary paid over 13 months.
