Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Roche Vietnam is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain management and processes, including issues management, logistics operations, 3PL/4PL management, order management and delivery of goods to customers. The role ensures Roche Quality Standards are applied across the supply chain and translates global and regional supply chain strategy into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high-quality supply chain services for internal and external customers, ensuring timely product availability at optimized quantities
• Ensure adherence to supply chain policies, procedures and activities, covering materials planning, import/export, customs clearance, inventory, warehousing, transport and distribution
• Monitor and control daily operations, manage customer orders and customer service, uphold OTIF KPIs and handle logistics complaints
• Manage 3PL/4PL providers, align them with global logistics quality standards, and run periodic performance reviews
• Optimize stock levels, minimize write-offs from expiry or overstocking, and work with Product Managers on stock allocation
• Drive the S&OP process and continuous improvement projects, with stakeholder buy-in and tracked implementation
• Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to resolve operational challenges
• Manage the supply chain budget and monitor performance against KPIs
• Act as Transport Safety Advisor: coordinate with transport safety and security authorities, ensure global directives and local regulations are known and followed, and provide the required training
• Lead, evaluate and develop the supply chain team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience in MNCs and 3 years as a people manager
• Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and Vietnamese

Required skills

• Proficiency or hands-on experience with SAP (MM and SD modules)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
