Head of Sales, Air & Ocean - Vietnam

About the role

This senior commercial leadership position is responsible for driving growth of Air & Ocean freight services in Vietnam. You will define market strategy, build and lead a high‑performing sales team, and secure strategic accounts to strengthen the company’s competitive position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for Air & Ocean freight across Vietnam.
• Lead, coach and expand a sales organization to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, negotiate and close high‑value contracts with key customers.
• Collaborate with operations, pricing and marketing to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust tactics.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales or commercial leadership experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Deep knowledge of the Air & Ocean freight market and an established customer network in Vietnam.
• Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and winning new business.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strategic, commercially driven and execution‑focused mindset.
