Customer Service Officer – SEA

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist – SEA is responsible for executing end‑to‑end customer service and order management activities to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment, export shipment coordination, and high customer satisfaction across the SEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash processes, including order entry, processing, delivery coordination, invoicing support and shipment tracking.
• Manage both intercompany and third‑party customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Coordinate export shipments, preparing shipping documentation, booking arrangements and following up on deliveries.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding order status, product availability and delivery updates.
• Perform regular checks on pricing, credit blocks and compliance requirements within SAP systems.
• Support resolution of customer complaints and raise Non‑Conformance Management cases when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience in export shipment coordination within a regional environment is preferred.
• Good English proficiency is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP (SD/MM modules preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
