Leadtime Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Leadtime Compliance Manager to oversee production lead‑time performance for our footwear manufacturing sites in Dong Nai (South Vietnam) and Hai Duong (North Vietnam). Reporting to the Director of Sourcing, you will act as the central point of contact between demand planning, production, and sourcing teams to ensure raw material readiness and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to interpret forecast data and verify raw‑material availability, driving tighter control of production lead times.
• Review daily production schedule reports, flag potential delays early and issue timely warnings to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain close coordination with factory managers, sourcing partners and logistics to resolve bottlenecks and keep the supply chain flowing smoothly.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to lead‑time compliance and prepare regular status reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing production lead times in a manufacturing environment, preferably footwear.
• At least 2 years of team leadership or people‑management experience.
• Familiarity with the production processes and capacity characteristics of Vietnam‑based factories.
