About the role
The Material Manager will lead supply chain planning and inventory management for a US‑based factory, ensuring high inventory turns and on‑time revenue while supporting customer delivery performance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive inventory turns and on‑time revenue (OTR) to meet business targets.
- Develop and implement supply‑chain processes and best practices that improve customer service and reduce logistics costs.
- Execute standard supply‑chain planning processes within ERP and planning systems, covering demand planning, sourcing & procurement, capacity planning and asset utilization.
Required profile
- Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with ERP planning and purchasing modules.
- Strong understanding of integrated manufacturing software/ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent English; Chinese communication skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
