About the role

The Moulding Technician Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates to start a career in injection moulding at LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam. Participants will receive structured training, hands‑on experience on the factory floor, and the chance to share best practices across the plant and globally. The role offers a clear pathway to become a skilled technician within a world‑leading toy manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the set‑up and operation of injection moulding machines.
• Monitor production parameters, ensure product quality, and record process data.
• Support maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Participate in safety and quality audits on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise mould designs and improve cycle times.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s) in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Strong commitment to develop expertise in injection moulding.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, including shift work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
