NEO Vehicle AUTOSAR Embedded Software Engineer (1‑yr contract)

About the role

The position is a one‑year fixed‑term role within Bosch’s Cross‑Domain Computing & ADAS team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will develop AUTOSAR‑based software for vehicle head‑units and related embedded systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with third‑party vendors (e.g., Vector, EB, MCAL) to integrate external software components.
• Create and maintain technical specifications for software components, working closely with architects, function developers and product owners.
• Design and implement system‑ and hardware‑related software modules in C, following Bosch guidelines and industry standards.
• Perform analyses, code reviews and automate implementation processes.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in embedded C development for automotive applications.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving abilities.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• Embedded C programming.
• AUTOSAR and Non‑AUTOSAR architecture and configuration (NVM, COM, DIAG).
• Driver development for CAN, LIN, FlexRay, SPI, ADC, timers, watchdogs, interrupts, DMA and memory.
• Knowledge of MISRA rules, CAN, ISO 14229, J1939 and UDS standards.
• Basic Python scripting.
