About the role

The Market Development & Documentation Officer will support the expansion of international partnerships for labor export, manage client relationships, and ensure accurate preparation of documentation for candidates traveling abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships with foreign companies seeking Vietnamese or other Asian labor.
• Maintain relationships with strategic clients and partners.
• Participate in overseas market expansion activities and labor export conferences.
• Stay updated on the latest labor export regulations.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑departure support to candidates.
• Prepare, translate, and edit required documentation for partner countries.
• Guide candidates through interview processes, using AI tools when needed.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks and attend internal meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication (IELTS equivalent 7.0 or higher).
• Preferably a university graduate from abroad.
• Strong situational handling, quick and meticulous work habits.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with knowledge of labor export.

• Full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday plus two Saturdays per month (8:00‑12:00, 13:00‑17:00).
