Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will oversee the full spectrum of financial activities for Population Services International in Vietnam, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations and global financial policies. This role acts as the primary liaison with regional and global teams to develop budgets and cost plans for new initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor PSI’s financial processes across all functions.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax law, public government regulations, and PSI’s global financial guidance.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to prepare budgets, cost plans, and financial proposals.
• Manage routine operational finance tasks, including reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation.
• Support donor reporting requirements and maintain accurate financial records.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance management.
• Proven ability to establish and manage budgets, preferably with experience handling diverse donor requirements.
• Strong knowledge of local tax legislation and public sector regulations.
• Effective communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
