Senior Associate - Corporate Finance

About the role

PwC Vietnam is seeking a Senior Associate with a focus on Corporate Finance to join its Deals Advisory team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will support managers in delivering M&A advisory services and gain exposure to a wide range of transactions across international, national, and local clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support managers in advising on M&A strategic options, identifying and negotiating with potential buyers or sellers, and leading sell‑side/buy‑side deal advisory services.
• Research and analyse client, industry, and technical matters, including compiling third‑party market data, creating target company profiles, and performing preliminary financial and operational analyses.
• Conduct quantitative analyses for company valuations, build financial models, and perform comparative and pro‑forma analyses.
• Assist managers in guiding junior associates and preparing client deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum two years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, private equity, investment (buy‑side) or fundraising (sell‑side) within fast‑growing companies.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
