Operations Excellence Executive

About the role

The Operations Excellence Executive will drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and quality management initiatives for KLN Freight Vietnam. Working closely with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Finance and other functions, you will identify inefficiencies, standardise procedures and boost productivity through data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Support the implementation of quality management systems and operational excellence frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardise workflows and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead digital transformation projects that automate routine tasks and enhance data visibility.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on progress and impact of improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, operations or business process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and ability to work within cross‑functional teams.
