About the role
We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee building operations and ensure high service standards for our residential properties in Ho Chi Minh City. The role involves managing budgets, vendors, and tenant relations while leading the on‑site team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all building operations to ensure high service standards.
- Plan and control budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize financial performance.
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure service quality (security, cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction and service experience.
- Lead, train, and develop the on‑site operations team.
- Monitor building systems and maintenance plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Building Management License is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager for residential buildings.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
