About the role
The Assistant and Coordinator to the Facility Manager supports the daily operations of the Facility Management office, ensuring service delivery aligns with company policies and standards. This role contributes to process improvement, documentation, and digital reporting initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day operations of the FM office, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with policies and standards.
- Assist with FM SOPs, work instructions, document control, process standardisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Help drive FM digitalisation, document management and KPI reporting, maintaining accurate operational records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in facility management, property management, building operations or a similar environment.
