Quality Assurance - Mandarin Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Quality Assurance specialist who can evaluate and improve the performance of our Mandarin‑speaking customer service agents. The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and involves monitoring various communication channels to ensure high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and audit a sample of inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails.
• Prepare and deliver evaluation reports to Quality Leadership, Operations, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners.
• Participate in calibration and call‑listening sessions with Quality and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, or BPO environments.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Fluent Mandarin with strong English communication skills.
• Customer‑service mindset focused on quality improvement.
