About the role
We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role supports our international guests across concierge, reservations and supervisory functions on our client’s travel platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from Spanish‑speaking clients and partners.
- Assist concierge, reservations and supervisory teams with administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records in the booking system and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Provide product information, resolve issues and promote additional services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
