Monitoring & Managing Import/Export Contracts• Drafting, reviewing, and archiving international sales contracts.• Monitoring contract progress: production, delivery, payment..• Updating important terms: Incoterms, payment terms (L/C, T/T…).• Reminding relevant parties about deadlines (delivery, opening L/C,documents…).2. Coordinating with documents people to process Import/Export Documents• Preparing and reviewing documentation: Invoice (Hóa đơn thương mại);Packing List...
