Logistics Analyst – Support Global Sales Team

About the role

The VGF Logistics Analyst supports the Global Sales Team by generating qualified sales opportunities and ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects. The role combines prospect identification, lead qualification, CRM management and analytics to drive growth for the global business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales prospects across target markets.
• Develop and maintain the sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM.
• Produce analytics and reports to monitor pipeline health and opportunity flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align lead generation activities with business objectives.
• Generate regular Power BI dashboards to visualize pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of experience in sales support, lead generation or business development support.
• Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Hands‑on use of lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Datamyne or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
• Analytical skills with experience handling data lakes and reporting.
