Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

Right Weigh Company Limited is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join its Engineering department at the Ho Chi Minh plant. The role is full‑time and on‑site, reporting to the Plant Manager and focusing on product development for load scale systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for commercial transport scale products.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent CAD tools.
• Apply GD&T, dimensional tolerances, and material specifications to ensure manufacturability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support machining, sheet‑metal, injection molding, casting and stamping processes.
• Participate in product development reviews and provide technical input to improve performance, safety and cost.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawing, GD&T, tolerances, materials and manufacturing processes.
