Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support our Finance team. The role will focus on configuring, optimizing and reporting within D365 Finance & Operations, working closely with local and global accounting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to the Corporate Finance team by resolving D365 application issues for end‑users worldwide.
• Configure, activate and optimize D365 modules such as Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Business Performance and Dashboards.
• Partner with accounting teams to map business processes into D365 functionality and translate requirements into system workflows.
• Identify and unlock under‑utilized D365 features, standardize processes and deliver training to end‑users.
• Design, develop and maintain financial reports using D365 Management Reporter and compatible tools.
• Lead or support D365 implementations, upgrades and module roll‑outs in collaboration with IT.
• Document system configurations, controls and procedures to ensure audit readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong functional accounting knowledge and ability to translate business needs into system workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for training and collaborating with global finance teams.
• Self‑motivated problem‑solver able to resolve issues independently and meet deadlines.
