Senior Strategic Planning Executive

About the role

The Senior Strategic Planning Executive will lead market research, feasibility studies and financial analysis for real‑estate projects. This role supports project evaluation, investment decisions and long‑term strategic planning across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research on residential, commercial and mixed‑use real‑estate sectors.
• Prepare feasibility studies and financial models to assess project viability.
• Support investment screening and decision‑making with data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategic plans with business objectives.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (must have).
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Valuation or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real‑estate investment appraisal, financial modeling or related roles at a developer, bank, fund or consulting firm.
• Proven track record of independently delivering feasibility and cash‑flow models for investment decisions.
