Technical Support Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Group as a Technical Support Intern in Ho Chi Minh City, where you will assist the technical team in delivering high‑quality service and support for our automotive and industrial solutions. This role offers hands‑on experience with device testing, demo design, and documentation while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support technical and service tasks such as device testing, on‑site demonstrations, and preparation of technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Back Office, and Engineering to resolve service requests and facilitate support initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues for clients and internal teams.
• Help set up, configure, and test equipment for client deployments and demonstrations.
• Document recurring issues and propose potential solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user guides, support materials, and other technical documentation.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a vocational or Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward learning new technical knowledge.
