About the role

The Dry Food Counter Manager leads the daily operations of the dry‑goods section in a busy supermarket. You will ensure product availability, maintain high quality standards, and drive a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Group Leaders and general staff to guarantee shelves are fully replenished, products are in good condition, and displays follow the schematic plan.
• Verify that price tags match price cards and update labels before store opening.
• Manage stock ordering, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, stock turnover, and merchandising performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Required profile

• University or college degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail or supermarket operations and at least 1 year managing a team of 5 or more.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data and figures.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.
