Sales Staff

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Staff member to manage existing client relationships and expand our customer base in South Vietnam. The role involves handling quotations, delivery tracking, quality issues, and ensuring compliance with ISO and IATF standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and follow up on delivery status for existing customers.
• Handle quality‑related matters and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Develop new customers in the South Vietnam market.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor sales performance in the South area.
• Prepare sales‑related documentation in accordance with ISO and IATF requirements.

Required profile

• College degree or higher (minimum 2‑year program).
• Basic English or Japanese communication skills, including email writing and contract reading.
• Experience in sales of mechanical parts is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship abilities.
• Full‑time availability and dedication to company goals.
