3 Service Engineers – Laser Machine – Project 2027

About the role

Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam is seeking three Service Engineers to support the after‑sales service of Laser Processing Machines for the 2027 project. The role focuses on commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining laser equipment for customers across Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Commission new Laser Processing Machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on laser equipment.
• Provide maintenance contracts and sell consumable parts to end users.
• Prepare installations and ensure machines meet performance specifications.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical or Automation Engineering (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience servicing industrial machinery.
• Experience with laser machines is a plus.
• Strong electrical analysis and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic knowledge of laser applications and ability to operate the equipment.
