Academic Administration Officer

About the role

RMIT University Vietnam is looking for an Academic Administration Officer to support the School of Science, Engineering & Technology. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality administrative, student‑support, financial and operational coordination services to ensure an excellent student experience and smooth academic programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the School of Science, Engineering & Technology.
• Coordinate student support activities, addressing enquiries and facilitating academic processes.
• Assist with financial administration, including budgeting, invoicing and expense tracking.
• Support operational planning and logistics for academic events and programmes.
• Develop and manage promotional or marketing materials related to school activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer‑service or administrative role.
• Working knowledge of finance‑related administrative tasks.
• Experience creating or managing promotional/marketing materials.
• Ability to provide financial management support on request.
