Account Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for understanding hospital and healthcare accounts, driving product listings and purchases for our pharmaceutical portfolio, and building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse account logistics, contracting and decision‑making processes and conduct competitor analyses.
• Develop and implement account plans, set objectives, define metrics and track performance.
• Maintain relationships with directors of pharmacy, procurement managers and hospital leadership, serving as the primary interface for product negotiations and tender processes.
• Lead value‑based negotiations, create compelling offers and coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve listings and tender wins.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical or Health Sciences (or related field) with at least 3 years experience in hospital tender or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong knowledge of tender processes, pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities, including public speaking to decision‑makers.

• Business acumen and financial analysis for value‑based offers.
