Accountant Assistant – Accounts Receivable

About the role
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant Assistant will support the finance team in managing receivables, issuing invoices and ensuring cash‑flow health. The role is based at our Hanoi office and involves close interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue VAT invoices, debit notes, credit notes and other billing documents for customers.
- Record customer transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Assist in the collection of outstanding receivables and follow‑up on payment delays.
- Support month‑end financial close activities related to accounts receivable.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel.
- English communication skills are a plus.
