Accountant cum Admin

About the role

The company is seeking a diligent Accountant cum Admin to support both financial and administrative functions within its logistics operations. This hybrid role combines core accounting duties with day‑to‑day office support, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments and recognize revenue in accordance with company policies.
• Implement and maintain accounting procedures required by the Operations team.
• Collaborate with Operations to execute timely accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) cycles.
• Record AR, AP, and cash transactions using FAST accounting software.
• Collect and verify supporting documents for monthly closing and ensure completeness.
• Perform regular reconciliations of financial data and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of accounting experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• High sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, multitask, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in English.
