Accounting Executive - Billing Coordinator

About the role

Ben Line Vietnam is seeking a motivated Accounting Executive to act as a Billing Coordinator within its Finance and Accounting team. The position focuses on accurate e‑invoice preparation, validation, issuance, and timely follow‑up of collections.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and issue customer e‑invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Reconcile invoices and ensure proper posting in the accounting system.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and support collection activities.
• Maintain invoice records and support internal audit processes.
• Collaborate with logistics and freight forwarding teams to verify billing data.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
• Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics accounting is a plus.
