Accounting Executive (SAP Experience)

About the role

The Accounting Executive will report directly to the Financial Reporting Manager and will be responsible for managing the full cycle of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and related bank activities. The role ensures accurate, timely entries, reconciliations and month‑end closing in line with company and group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer open items, aging, payment terms and due dates.
• Process vendor invoices, validate approvals and manage payment runs.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash‑flow records.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including variance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in AR, AP and bank operations.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, tax regulations and internal controls.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
