Accounting Intern (Finance & Accounting)

About the role

The Accounting Intern will join Bosch Group’s finance team in Ho Chi Minh City, supporting daily accounting operations and month‑end closing activities. This position offers a hands‑on experience in a multinational environment, allowing the intern to apply academic knowledge to real‑world financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and process documents for weekly payments.
• Obtain signatures and stamps on accounting documents.
• Archive and retrieve accounting records efficiently.
• Assist in preparing statutory reports such as SBV, statistical, and Ministry of Planning and Investment filings.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing tasks.
• Prepare data and documentation for internal/external audits, tax inspections, and customs audits.
• Create requests for output invoices, asset liquidity, other income, and insurance premium refunds.
• Help end‑users with tax invoice handling, payments, vendor creation, fixed assets, and stock‑taking.
• Provide ad‑hoc assistance on audit, tax, investment, and reporting projects.

Required profile

• Full‑time university student majoring in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
• No prior work experience required; active involvement in school or social activities is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage tasks independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP or other accounting software.
