Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our finance team in Ho Chi Minh City. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensure accurate period and year‑end closings, and coordinate group and statutory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Control, report, and present the company’s financial statements.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Prepare group reports (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow, Capex) and local statutory reports, including investment project reports and quarterly VAT filings.
• Supervise a team of two accounts payable and two accounts receivable specialists.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial legislation, and internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably as an Accounting Manager or General Accountant in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial legislation.
• Valid Chief Accountant Certificate.
• Analytical mindset with commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with financial systems integration.
