Accounting Specialist – Accounts Payable (English required)

About the role

Join Amphenol’s Accounts Payable (AP) team in Bac Ninh, Vietnam, to manage day‑to‑day invoice processing, AP posting, accruals, and month‑end close activities. The role ensures accurate financial reporting and timely vendor payments while supporting a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and record AP transactions accurately and promptly.
• Prepare accruals and adjustments in line with GAAP and business requirements.
• Support month‑end close activities, including AP posting and clearing.
• Maintain vendor master data and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with PRC accounting standards and, where applicable, US GAAP.

Required profile

• College degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of hands‑on AP processing experience, preferably in a multinational or shared‑service setting.
• Strong knowledge of PRC accounting standards; familiarity with US GAAP is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
