Agent - Order Management (Nhân Viên Quản Lý Đơn Hàng - Hàng Biển Xuất)

About the role

The Order Management Agent will support the smooth flow of export freight operations, ensuring accurate data handling and timely delivery for our customers. This position is based at our Hanoi office and works closely with the Head of Department and other logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a smooth and timely freight process flow for export shipments.
• Enter and update order information accurately in the operating system.
• Track and trace order management files throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Coordinate clearance and delivery of freight to customers on schedule.
• Send required export documents and arrival notices to destination parties promptly.
• Prepare and verify client and vendor billing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Interact with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in the logistics industry.
• Understanding of ocean export documentation processes.
• Pro‑active attitude with strong organizational abilities.
• Good computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent communication skills in English (and Vietnamese preferred).
