Air Import Staff

About the role

Ken Logistics is looking for an Air Import Staff member to support the smooth handling of air cargo imports. The role involves coordinating documentation, schedules, and shipment tracking while maintaining clear communication with overseas partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and forward import documents from overseas partners to customers or relevant departments.
• Check import schedules and negotiate terms with overseas partners.
• Track air import shipments and provide timely updates to customers and managers.
• Enter cost data into the system accurately and on schedule.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• Female, aged 22‑27.
• Good command of English.
• 1‑2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility, problem‑solving ability, and strong negotiation skills.
