Airlines Administration Agent

About the role

We are looking for an Airlines Administration Agent to join the finance team of All Nippon Airways in Hanoi. The role focuses on accurate financial data processing, petty‑cash handling and VAT invoice management to support the airline’s daily accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter financial data into the company’s accounting system with high accuracy.
• Manage petty‑cash transactions, prepare expense claims and ensure they follow internal policies.
• Issue, review and verify VAT invoices, guaranteeing regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax declarations and related reports.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a willingness to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong team spirit, patience and a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Good spoken language skills (as required by the employer).
